1. Competitions Overview
Our competitions are hosted on TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live.
There is no limit to the number of entries per participant unless otherwise stated.
Competitions are open to UK residents only.
Winners must claim their prizes and pay postage within 48 hours of notification. Unclaimed prizes will not be posted unless an extension is agreed.
Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion and only if clearly stated in the competition.
TikTok Live is our main platform for live shows, but we may use other social media platforms.

2. Entry and Eligibility
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility rules and accept these Terms.
We may disqualify entries that do not follow the rules.

3. Postal Entry
You can enter any Alpha Competitions giveaway for free by post. No purchase is needed to enter this way.

How to Enter by Post
To enter, simply send a postcard or envelope with the following handwritten details:

• Full Name

• Postal Address

• Date of Birth

• Contact Phone Number

• Email Address

• Correct Answer to the Competition Question

• Name of the Competition You’re Entering

Important Notes

• Only one entry per envelope or postcard is allowed.

• There is no limit to how many postal entries you can send.

• All postal entries must be received before the competition closes.

• Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

• Postal entries are treated the same as paid entries and are entered into the same draw.

• Please make sure all information is written clearly and correctly.

• If we can’t read your entry, it won’t be counted.

4. Prize Delivery and Postage
Winners are responsible for paying postage within 48 hours of prize notification.
If not paid in time, the prize may be forfeited unless an exception is agreed.

5. No Returns on Digital Entries
All competition entries are digitally delivered and considered final and non-returnable once the purchase is confirmed. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any entry purchased.

6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Technical error: If you were charged more than once due to a system error.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased multiple entries for the same draw in a way that violates our entry limits.
• Event cancellation: If the competition is cancelled before the draw takes place.

7. No Refunds After Draw
Once the competition has closed and/or the draw has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Disqualification
Entries that are disqualified for breaching the Terms & Conditions (e.g., providing false information or attempting to manipulate the competition) are not eligible for a refund.

9. Chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud seriously. If a participant files a chargeback without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban that individual from future competitions and take legal or collection action.

10. Ownership, Use & Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Website and any content on it (images, text, video, software, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms gives you legal rights to use our content without permission.
Alpha Competitions LTD, “Alpha Comps”, and “Alpha Competitions” are our registered trade marks.

12. Suspension and Termination
