Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Returns on Digital Entries
 
All competition entries are digitally delivered and considered final and non-returnable once the purchase is confirmed. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any entry purchased.
 
 
2. Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
•Technical error: If you were charged more than once due to a system error.
•Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased multiple entries for the same draw in a way that violates our entry limits.
•Event cancellation: If the competition is canceled before the draw takes place.
 
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the issue at [your email/contact form] with your order number and details of the problem.
 
 
3. No Refunds After Draw
 
Once the competition has closed and/or the draw has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
 
 
4. Disqualification
 
Entries that are disqualified for breaching the Terms & Conditions (e.g., providing false information or attempting to manipulate the competition) are not eligible for a refund.
 
 
5. Chargebacks
 
We take chargeback fraud seriously. If a participant files a chargeback without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban that individual from future competitions and take legal or collection action.
