Refund and Returns Policy
REFUND POLICY Alpha Competitions Ltd (trading as Alpha Comps)

1. General
1.1 All competition entries are digitally processed and are final once
purchased.
1.2 By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge that you are entering into a
contract in accordance with our Competition Terms and Conditions
available at https://alphacomps.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
1.3 Entry fees are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances
set out in this policy.
2. No Refunds
2.1 No refunds will be given in the following circumstances:
2.1.1 If you subsequently decide not to participate after purchasing an
entry.
2.1.2 If you are found to be ineligible to enter the competition.
2.1.3 If you are disqualified for breaching the Competition Terms and
Conditions.
2.1.4 If you fail to claim the prize within the specified time period.
2.1.5 If you withdraw from the competition.
2.2 Once a competition has closed or the draw has taken place, no
refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
3.1 A refund may be issued at the Promoter’s discretion in the following
limited situations:
3.1.1 Where a verified technical error has resulted in duplicate
payment.
3.1.2 Where a payment processing error has resulted in an incorrect
charge.
3.1.3 Where the Promoter cancels or voids a competition before the draw
takes place.
3.2 Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the issue
arising and must include your full name, registered email address and
order number.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to investigate all refund requests
before issuing any payment.
4. Disqualification
4.1 If an Entrant engages in any fraudulent activity, including but not
limited to fraudulent misrepresentation, hacking, interference with the
Website, or breach of the Competition Terms and Conditions, all entries
will be declared void and no refund will be given.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold prizes
and investigate suspected breaches before making any final
determination.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
5.1 If a participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without
valid grounds, the Promoter reserves the right to:
5.1.1 Void all associated entries;
5.1.2 Suspend or permanently ban the individual from future
competitions;
5.1.3 Recover any costs incurred as a result of the chargeback,
including administrative and legal fees where permitted by law.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to defend any unjustified chargeback
and to provide evidence of entry purchase and participation in the
competition.
6. Statutory Rights
6.1 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under
applicable law.
