Introduction
1.1 Alpha Competitions Ltd provides a free postal entry route for all competitions listed on https://alphacomps.uk.
1.2 The free entry route is an alternative method of entry and is subject to the Competition Terms and Conditions available at https://alphacomps.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
1.3 All Entrants using the free postal entry route must comply with the Competition Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
2.1 The free postal entry route is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 All eligibility requirements set out in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply equally to free postal entries.
How to Enter by Post
3.1 All Entrants (including those entering for free) must have opened an account on the Website prior to submitting a postal entry. Only one account per person is permitted.
3.2 To enter for free, you must send your entry by first or second class post to:

3.3 Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.
3.4 Each entry must be submitted and posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and, if received, will be counted as one single entry only.
3.5 Each postal entry must clearly include the following information, and all details must match the details on your Website account:
a) The name or details of the competition you wish to enter;
b) Your full name;
c) Your full postal address;
d) A contact telephone number;
e) Your email address.
3.6 Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Entry Allocation
4.1 Each valid postal entry will be allocated an entry value equivalent to the cost of a second class stamp at the time of posting.
4.2 If the entry price for a competition is lower than the value of a second class stamp, the number of entries allocated will be rounded up to the nearest equivalent entry value based on the stamp value.
4.3 If the entry price exceeds the value of a second class stamp, the number of entries allocated will reflect the closest number of entries equal to or below the stamp value.
4.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding the allocation of entries is final.
Closing Date
5.1 Your postal entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date of the relevant competition.
5.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw.
5.3 Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the random draw.
5.4 If the maximum number of entries for a competition is reached before your postal entry is received, your entry will not be included.
Confirmation
6.1 The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your postal entry.
6.2 Free postal entrants will not receive confirmation of entry.
6.3 All entrants are responsible for checking the published entry list to ensure their entry has been included.
Draw Process
7.1 Free postal entries are entered into the same random draw as paid entries.
7.2 Winners are selected using a random number generator.
7.3 The draw is streamed live in accordance with the Competition Terms and Conditions.
7.4 Free postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any postal entry that does not comply with these requirements.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend this Free Postal Entry Route policy where necessary.
