Tickets from 1p · instant wins · live draws
How it works
Alpha Comps runs UK prize competitions with tickets from 1p. You pick your tickets, find out instantly if you’ve hit a cash prize, and watch the main draw live on TikTok. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.
Entering in four steps
- Pick a competition. Every game shows the ticket price, how many tickets are left and when it closes. Prices run from 1p a ticket upwards.
- Choose your tickets. Pick the numbers you want or take a random block. Answer the entry question, then pay by card or with your Alpha wallet balance.
- Instant wins show straight away. If a game has instant win prizes, every ticket you buy is checked the moment your order goes through. A winning ticket is highlighted on your order and the prize is credited to your Alpha wallet.
- Watch the live draw. When the game sells out or hits its closing date, the main prize is drawn live on our TikTok using a random number generator. The winning number and winner are published on the site.
Instant wins
Most of our games have instant win prizes hidden across the ticket numbers before the game opens — from 50p to £1,000 depending on the game. You don’t have to wait for the draw, claim anything or be watching: the check happens automatically at checkout and the cash goes to your wallet. Your winnings are always listed under My Account, and the winners page shows who’s won what.
The rules, in plain English
- It’s a prize competition, not a lottery. Every competition has a free postal entry route, and postal entries go into the same draw with the same chance. How to enter for free.
- You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
- Draws are live and random. The winning number comes from a random number generator on a live TikTok stream, and every game’s entry list is published so you can check the winner against it.
- Play responsibly. Set a budget and stick to it. If it stops being fun, stop.
- We’re a real UK company. Alpha Competitions Ltd, company number 16463012, 38 Collingwood Buildings, Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1JF. The full terms and conditions are the legal wording.
Questions people ask
How much does it cost to enter?
It depends on the game. Our penny games are 1p or 2p a ticket, most instant win games are 15p to about £1.20, and a few are a couple of pounds or more. The price is shown on every competition.
Can I choose my own ticket numbers?
Yes. Pick the numbers you want on the game page, or take a random block if you’d rather not choose.
How do instant wins work?
Prizes are assigned to ticket numbers before a game opens. When you buy, each of your numbers is checked instantly; a match is highlighted on your order and the prize goes straight to your Alpha wallet.
How do I know if I have won?
Instant wins show on your order confirmation and in My Account immediately. Main draw winners are announced on the live stream and published on the site.
Where do my winnings go?
Into your Alpha wallet, which you can see in My Account. The balance can be used to enter any game.
When are the draws?
A game is drawn when it sells out or reaches its closing date, whichever comes first. Draws are streamed live on TikTok at @alphacomps.
How is the winner picked?
With a random number generator, live on stream. The winning ticket number is matched to the published entry list.
Can I enter for free?
Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route — see the free postal entry page for the address and what to include.
Who can enter?
You need to be 18 or over and a UK resident.
Are online competitions like this legal in the UK?
Yes, when run as prize competitions with a free entry route that has the same chance as paid entry — which is how every Alpha competition works. That is what keeps it outside lottery rules.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
A game can have a maximum per person; if one applies it is shown on the game page. Please only spend what you can afford.
